Can I change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to edit your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee to be able to change them due to dispatch schedules. If we are able to change your order then we will cancel it and allow you to create a new amended order. If we are unable to change your order then you will need to make another order and make a return for any items you no longer want.

Can I check my order status? You will receive email updates for your order. Please refer to these for the latest available order status.
My order hasn't arrived yet Please allow 3 days after your expected delivery date for your order to arrive. Orders can be delayed by factors out of our control, including our couriers. If your order has still not arrived after this (and you have not received any contact from us), then please contact us.
My order says it was delivered, but hasn't arrived Please get in touch with the courier as provided in your order confirmation if this is the case. If this is not successful then please contact us.
How much does delivery cost? Standard UK Delivery: £3. Free over £35.
Express UK Delivery: £5. Free over £50.
International Delivery: £10. Free over £75.
Please note, free delivery spend requirements are before postage costs.
How long does delivery take? Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 Days.
Express UK Delivery: 1-2 Days.
International Delivery: 10 Days.
How soon are products dispatched? Products will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed, including weekends.
Can I get recorded delivery? Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to use recorded delivery.
What is your returns policy? Please see our Returns Policy.
How can I make a return? Please visit our Make a Return section. Complete the form to submit a return and then post your items back to us. You can get a returns label from the Make a Return section. If you have any questions, please contact us.
How do I receive my refund? Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method, within three days of us receiving your returned products, subject to them being returned in original, unwashed and unworn condition with any tags still attached.
My desired product / size / colour is out of stock, when will it be back? Stock will regularly be replaced but may see occasional delays dependent on our suppliers. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about an expected timeline for any specific item.
How do I find the right size? We provide size guides for our products here.
I can't find my size? We currently only make products in sizes Small, Medium, Large and Extra-Large. We welcome feedback if you believe this is too limited.
